Kairosong has no accounts, no ads and no cookies. Here is everything, in plain words.

No cookie, no tracker, so no banner to click.
A self-hosted audience count (Umami, on stats.kairosong.com) counts page views without recognizing your device: no cookie, no device number. It also counts two clicks: the Play button, and a change of language. It never receives a game code or anything typed in the address after the page name.
If you played Kairosong at this address before it moved to app.kairosong.com, your saved nights are stored on your phone, under this address. This page hands them over once to app.kairosong.com, from your phone straight to the app, then deletes its own copy. Nothing goes through a server, nothing goes to the audience count.

No account, no email: your name is temporary and goes away with the game.
The captured clip is sent to the identification service (ACRCloud) and never kept. Nothing is written to disk. Beyond that, nothing leaves the server.
Self-hosted analytics count visits and games. They recognize your device by a randomly drawn number, kept for 13 months at most, never a name, a title, a year, or a game code. You can opt out in the app: untick “Take part in the analytics”.
Your name and your saved nights stay on this device and never leave it.
